The world-model spatial surface: author a space, view the living twin, grant access against it, and watch perception live. The appliance senses and models — this is where the model is drawn, inspected and governed.

Where each surface stands. Configurator is the real 3D authoring plane (DR-SION-037): the manual capture path — describe the space, place the cameras, save the site document. It reads and writes /api/hub/site, and on a deployment with no hub wired to it that door answers 503 hub_not_configured — the editor opens, says so, lets you author in memory, and keeps Save disabled with the reason on it. Worldview is still the recovered 2026-08-18 directional mockup, rendering its own sample state; its wave has not come.
